Meditation

Meditation is key to stress relief and calming your mind. You might feel funny trying it for the first time, but I'm here to tell you that this is such a good method to quieting your mind and letting you take control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Start slow and develop a good routine, Remember taking just 5 minutes a day, can have such a positive impact. Click the image above for an app to help you get started.

Exercise

Exercise is not a one size fits all kind of thing. You know the limits of your body. Some people like crossfit and that works for them, others like yoga. Whether it's an intense or slow workout all that matters is that you are keeping your body moving and staying strong. Benefits of exercise take time, so keep moving and more importantly be consistent to get those results that you are longing for.

Get Healthy

Cold, Flu, and Allergies can be a pain to deal with and when you are feeling down it's your body telling you that you need to rest. Fuel your body with food that will help it heal. Soups, vitamin C, zinc and a good tea are all wonderful agents in helping your body get back on track. One of my favorite tea brands that I keep around is Yogi tea. They have a tea called "Breathe Deep" that is so soothing and good to drink. You can feel the warm embrace as you sip on this herbal tea. Click on the image above for more information.
